Deonne Castaneda

Deonne Castaneda is an experienced design strategist, product designer, and artist who has worked for various organizations, including Block Party, Stranded with You, Rose Lane Studio, The Mighty, Apple, Togetherville Inc., and Stanford University. Deonne held a range of positions, including Head of Product Design, Shop Owner & Artist, Founder & Design Strategist, Head of UX, Design Manager, UX, Program Manager, UX Research, Design Lead, UX, Accessibility Analyst, Apple Online Store, Project Lead, Retail Experience, UX Design Intern, VR Designer and Engineer, Researcher, Chair of Marketing and Design, ASSU Executive Cabinet, and Web Development Intern, among others. Deonne'sexpertise includes product design, UX research and strategy, accessibility, and web development.

Deonne Castaneda completed their education at three institutions. They graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Stanford University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2010, they returned to Stanford to obtain a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, completing their studies in 2011.
