Grant Reves

Grant Reves is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience in investment and acquisition. Currently serving as Principal at Block Funds since February 2007, Grant focuses on investments in income-producing properties, including medical, office, industrial, and multi-family assets. Concurrently, Grant holds a role in Investments at Block Real Estate Services, LLC, where responsibilities include the sales and acquisition of third-party investment real estate. Previously, Grant was the Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets, specializing in capital raising for multi-family investments. Prior experience includes investment sales at Kessinger Hunter from June 2000 to February 2007 and a brief internship at Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services. Grant holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Finance from Kansas State University, completed in 2002, and graduated from Richardson Berkner in the DFW Metroplex in 1996.
