Ally O.

Ally O. currently serves as the Head of User Operations & Logistics at Block Renovation since April 2021. Previously, Ally O. was the General Manager at sweetgreen from August 2020 to April 2021, overseeing a team of 25 in the NYC innovation hub, focusing on new technology and product development. From September 2019 to August 2020, Ally O. managed the largest location of The Wing, supervising a member base of 2,200 and over 50 staff members, while implementing hiring and personalized training programs. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema from October 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included leading a large team and conducting monthly financial reviews. Ally O. holds a degree in Human Geography from UC Santa Barbara and completed a Reforge program in March 2023.
