Alejandra Meas

Alejandra Meas is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner on the Emerging Engineering team at Block since July 2020. Previously, Alejandra provided HRBP support in various business areas, including Data Science and Sales at Square (now Block). Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Airbnb, where significant achievements included leading full lifecycle recruiting initiatives and co-leading the Latinx Employee Resource Group. Alejandra's earlier positions include Talent Manager at KIPP Bay Area Schools, where leadership and supportive training on diversity hiring practices were implemented, and project management roles at Galileo Learning. Alejandra began developing skills in education as a Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brown University.
