Andrea Rice

Andrea Rice is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Recruiting Team Lead for Compliance at Block since April 2021, Andrea has previously held roles at TikTok as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Product Marketing and at WeWork in multiple talent acquisition capacities, including Marketing and Design & Development. Prior experience includes a Senior Recruiter role at Infinity Consulting Solutions, where Andrea specialized in Accounting and Finance, and earlier positions in administrative support and internships. Andrea's academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Hartford's Hartt School of Music. Notably, Andrea took a sabbatical in 2016 to embark on a solo backpacking adventure through Asia and Russia.
