Calvin Durán

Calvin Durán is an experienced professional in business operations and strategy, currently serving as Manager at Block, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for operational efficiency and profitability. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and Summer Associate with Endeavor as part of Harvard University's fellowship. As the 2020 Male Scholar of the Year for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Calvin also co-founded Harvard Undergraduate Latinxs in Finance & Technology (LiFT), a significant initiative supporting Latinx students in various industries.
