Carter Zheng

Carter Zheng, CAMS, currently serves as a Sr. Program Manager in Bitcoin Compliance Operations at Block, having transitioned from the role of Program Manager for Cash App Bitcoin Compliance. Prior experience includes working at Anchorage Digital in Crypto Financial Crime Investigations, and the Internet Security Alliance as a Research Associate. Carter has also held positions as Product Manager for Blockchain Security Monitoring at CertiK and Director of Listing & Blockchain Ecosystem at BitMart. A former Legal Intern at Covington & Burling LLP, Carter holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and an M.S. in Global Security, Conflict, and Cybercrime from New York University, along with a High School Diploma from Ulink College of Shanghai.
