Cedric Tomas is an experienced workplace and community manager with a diverse background in hospitality and customer service. Since January 2025, Cedric has served as the Experience Manager on the Workplace Team at Block, focusing on optimizing employee productivity and well-being. Prior to this role, Cedric held various positions at WeWork from January 2020 to January 2025, culminating in the role of Community Manager of a Super Building in Waterloo, which is WeWork's flagship location. Cedric also contributed to WeWork as the Vice-President of Pride Of WeWork International, promoting an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ employees. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Rapport Guest Services, managing large teams and ensuring quality service delivery across multiple locations, as well as leadership positions in the hospitality sector at renowned establishments such as Morgan Stanley and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
