David Weiskopf

David Weiskopf is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Counsel at Block since October 2021, Weiskopf previously held positions such as Director in the Global Office of the General Counsel at PwC and General Counsel at The VOID VR. Additional notable roles include Associate General Counsel at Tesla and Senior Counsel at Apple. Weiskopf has also led legal teams at Tableau Software, Hasbro, and Corbis, among others, and began a legal career at Heller Ehrman LLP and Fenwick & West. With a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from UC San Diego and a summa cum laude Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Weiskopf has been recognized for academic excellence on the Dean's List.
