Dedra Totin is a Senior Global People Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They previously served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Block, supporting Square and Cash App’s Product teams, and held strategic roles at WarnerMedia and Comcast, where they implemented innovative talent management strategies. Dedra began their career as a Research Assistant at the United Kingdom Parliament and later volunteered with AmeriCorps VISTA, focusing on community engagement. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, along with ongoing studies in Capacity Building and Human Rights in East Africa at Arcadia University.
