Kelly McLaughlin

Kelly McLaughlin is currently the HR Business Partner Lead at Block, where they manage HR teams supporting centralized corporate functions. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of People at Everlane from 2015 to 2020 and held various positions in human resources and business development, including HR Manager at Threadflip and Executive Recruiter at Reaction Search International. Kelly began their career with a Human Resources internship at Heffernan Insurance Brokers in 2008 and worked as a Supplemental Instructor at California State University, Chico. They hold a B.A. in Organizational Communication with a focus on Managing for Sustainability from California State University, Chico, graduating in 2009.
