Kiley Novak

Kiley Novak, J.D., currently serves as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Block since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kiley held the same position at Uber from March 2022 to November 2022. Kiley's professional experience includes working as a Title IX and Equity Compliance Specialist at the University of Illinois Chicago from January 2021 to March 2022 and completing legal externships at the University of Florida Office for ADA and Title IX Compliance and the University of Illinois Chicago. Additional experience encompasses a legal internship at the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office and various positions at Michigan State University, including roles in the Office of Institutional Equity and as a Gallery Guide at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum. Kiley holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science Pre Law from Michigan State University.
