Kristi Johnson

Kristi Johnson, J.D., AWI-CH, is a strategic Global Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations Leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering Employee Relations support to major global companies. They have served in pivotal roles, including as Senior Employment Counsel at the University of Washington and Founder of Chrysalis Strategic Employee Relations Services, and have provided extensive consultation on complex employee relations issues. Currently, Kristi is the Senior Employee Relations Business Partner at Block, leveraging their expertise to enhance workplace culture and mitigate risks. They hold a J.D. and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Iowa, and are dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces where employees can thrive.
