Nefret R. has extensive experience in customer success and digital engagement, currently serving at Block since June 2021 in roles including Consultative Specialist and Customer Success Advocate. Prior to this, Nefret worked at C.H. Robinson in Carrier Sales and held multiple positions at Uline, such as Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. Nefret's career began at Georgia Southern University as a Student Office Assistant in the Financial Aid Office and included an internship in social media marketing at H.U.E. Business Consulting Group. Nefret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Marketing from Georgia Southern University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Fort Valley State University.
