Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Block since June 2025, Omo previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Wave Mobile Money, where leadership of six cross-functional teams resulted in significant growth in monthly active users and market expansion in Africa. Omo's career also includes impactful roles at Stripe, BlackRock, FareNinja, J.P. Morgan, Deloitte, MyCorporation, California State University, Northridge, and the University of Southern California, showcasing a strong track record in engineering management, product strategy, and team development.
