Rosemary Belden

Rosemary Belden is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with significant experience in executive recruiting and diversity initiatives. Currently, as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Block, Rosemary also serves as the Neurodiversity Chapter Chair, focusing on economic empowerment and innovative financial solutions. Previously, at M13, Rosemary directed talent acquisition for executive roles and implemented diversity-driven partnerships, notably increasing representation of women and underrepresented minorities. At Zume Inc., Rosemary led executive recruiting during a major growth phase, while at Frederickson Partners, Rosemary managed a team of executive recruiters and significantly improved recruiting metrics through the adoption of a new ATS. Rosemary's career began at Oracle, where responsibilities included building relationships with executive decision-makers within technology solutions. Educationally, Rosemary holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
