Sondah Ouattara, ESQ, CAMS serves as the Product Compliance Manager for Block, specializing in fintech, crypto, and Cash App since February 2020, where expertise in compliance and risk management is applied to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Sondah held the position of AVP of Financial Crimes at Wells Fargo, mentoring a team of compliance professionals, and provided critical insights on AML risk. Additional experience includes serving as Anti-Money Laundering Manager at Morgan Stanley, where Sondah led a team in managing high-risk customer transactions, and worked as a Compliance Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Sondah's legal background includes roles in civil rights advocacy and trademark infringement cases, complemented by a Doctor of Law degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from Baruch College.
