Victoria Ross is currently working as the Global People Operations Lead at Block since April 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria worked at Oscar Health as the Associate Director, People Shared Services, and at Meta in various HR Operations roles. With a background in Human Biology and Human Resources Management, Victoria has extensive experience managing HR processes and operations, including overseeing employee inquiry support, benefits operations, health programs, and digital transformation initiatives. Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated a strategic approach to service center management and has successfully led teams to support large employee bases.
