Arseniy Grusha

Arseniy Grusha began their work experience as an insurance agent at COOO "TASK" in June 2008. Arseniy held this role for over three years and achieved recognition as one of the top-10 most successful insurance agents at the company.

In May 2011, Arseniy became the Director and Founder of OOO "AV LTD," where they successfully entered the international market of franchising and participated in the creation of business models for franchising. Arseniy held this position until May 2013.

Following that, Arseniy joined OOO "Grusha LTD" as the Director of Business Development and Operations in June 2013. In this role, they developed and executed strategies, established strategic relations, and launched more than 10 projects that were eventually sold. Arseniy also represented the company at various events and exhibitions. Arseniy'stenure at OOO "Grusha LTD" ended in April 2015.

In April 2017, Arseniy became the Chief Executive Officer of WATTUM, a position they currently hold.

Additionally, in April 2018, Arseniy took on the role of USA Northeast Director at the Blockchain & Crypto Mining Association (BCMA). This non-profit organization has over 400 members and 22 board of directors.

Arseniy Grusha attended two universities for their undergraduate education. From 2007 to 2012, they studied at Belarusian State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, they also attended EHU, where they earned another Bachelor's degree. Unfortunately, the field of study for this degree is not specified.
