Potter (Houyao) Li has a diverse work experience. Potter(Houyao) is the Co-Founder of Ethsign since 2019 and was also a Co-Founder of Blockchain@USC in 2018. In addition, they served as the President of China Entrepreneur Network - USC Chapter from June 2020 to August 2021 and Vice President from August 2019 to May 2020. Furthermore, Potter was a member of Sigma Eta Pi at USC, where they participated in a startup accelerator program and pitched business ideas to potential investors. Potter(Houyao) has also worked as a Summer Investment Analyst at both Fundamental Labs in 2019 and Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd. in 2018. Currently, they are working as an Investor at Dework since June 2022. Potter also attended a Wealth Management Program at 摩根士丹利 in July and August 2020.

Potter (Houyao) Li completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics at the University of Southern California from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St. Anselm's Abbey School from 2016 to 2018. Potter(Houyao) also holds a Middle School Diploma from Shanghai Foreign Language School Affiliated to SISU, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015.
