Stephanie Hillebrand

In her role as vice president of operations, Stephanie runs the day-to-day business operations of the company. She enjoys translating business goals and strategy into systems and solutions for the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of the company’s operations. Stephanie is acutely passionate about our team’s growth and is constantly exploring new ways to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

As a fourth-generation Northern Nevadan, Stephanie graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with her B.S. in finance and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. Stephanie enjoys supporting the local community by volunteering for Awaken, a non-profit organization focused on ending human trafficking.

Prior to joining Blockchains in 2018, Stephanie served as outside counsel for a San Diego law firm where she represented companies of all sizes in complex transactional matters. While she enjoyed the beaches, Stephanie is happy to be back in Nevada surrounded by the purple mountains.

You can often find her clearing her head at the gym, somewhere outdoors, cooking, re-learning Italian, or at a classic rock concert with her better half, Gerrit.
