Currently serving as the CTO of BlockLabs since August 2021, Mateusz has honed a diverse skill set while founding and managing startups. Previous roles include Blockchain Architect at Gravity Game, .Erth, and Unfreeze, where Mateusz focused on implementing smart contracts, designing application architecture, and developing NFT protocols. As Blockchain Lead Engineer at Fluency, Mateusz contributed to Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) architecture, while earlier positions at Omnite and DarkPoolOne involved team coordination and smart contract implementation. With a foundational background as a Full Stack Blockchain Developer at Phore Blockchain, and experience in Python development at EPAM Systems, Mateusz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University.
