Nika Najvirt

Nika Najvirt is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Vice President of Legal at Blocksi Inc since October 2022, specializing in data protection, privacy, investor relations, commercial law, and IT law. Prior to this role, Nika gained experience as a Legal Trainee at DLA Piper focusing on finance, projects, and restructuring, and at Radez Varl in Ljubljana, where involvement in data protection, data privacy, media law, and tax law occurred. Nika also served as an in-house lawyer for herman & partnerji during this period. Previous experience includes a legal internship at CMS, covering commercial law, data protection, privacy, and labor law. Nika holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Ljubljana, a Master's degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ljubljana, graduating in the top 5% of the class.
