Jennifer Blume, SHRM-CP has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Jennifer began their career in 2010 as a Recruiter for Aerotek Professional Services. In 2011, they moved to Daversa Partners as an Executive Recruiter. In 2012, they joined L.K. Jordan & Associates as a Recruiter/Account Manager. From 2014 to 2022, Jennifer held various roles at Fluor Corporation, including Global HRBP, HR Manager, HR Coordinator, and Corporate Recruiter. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Human Resources for Blockskye.

Jennifer Blume, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Texas McCombs School of Business and also attended Rice University. Jennifer obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2016.
