Jannis Choulidis

Jannis Choulidis is a German entrepreneur and business executive. Jannis is currently the Managing Partner at Blockwall Management, a venture capital firm.

Choulidis has over 15 years of experience in the business world. Jannis started their career as an intern at KPMG Deutschland in 2007. Jannis then interned at Freenet AG and Commerzbank International S.A. before becoming a founding partner of Plusser Portal GmbH in 2007.

In 2009, Choulidis co-founded JaBuch Media GmbH, a media company specializing in online advertising. Jannis served as the company's CEO for eight years, before stepping down in 2017.

During their time at JaBuch Media, Choulidis also founded FlexiShop GmbH, an online retail company, and BonusBuddy GmbH, a provider of online coupons and discounts. Jannis served as an advisor to MV Beteiligungs GmbH from 2014 to 2017.

Jannis Choulidis received their Doctoral Studies in Family Business & Entrepreneurship from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Jannis also holds a Master of Science in Strategic and Organization Change & Family Business and Entrepreneurship from the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, as well as a Bachelor of Science in General Business & Business Law from the same school. Jannis Choulidis also studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
