Daranee Ganesh

Daranee Ganesh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in publishing, research, and community engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as the Publishing & Production Manager at Blockworks since July 2023, Daranee previously held the position of Digital Privacy Editor & Open Source Researcher at Leiden University, leading a graduate writing team and conducting research on GDPR compliance. In the role of Blockchain Project Developer and Content Writer at Blockchain Research Institute Africa, Daranee focused on integrating vulnerable individuals into the workforce through decentralized platforms. Additional roles include Paralegal at BIS and Writer at Global Diplomacy Lab, alongside co-founding and managing the Gachie Reading Project and the LUC Law Society. Daranee has also worked as a Political Researcher at SUARAM and completed a legal internship at the Woman's Centre for Change. Educational qualifications include an LLB from The University of Law and a degree in International Justice from Leiden University College The Hague, where Daranee graduated cum laude.
