Mitchell Nemetz is an experienced professional in the fields of people and culture, with a strong background in leadership and management. As the founder of Spark Your People, Mitchell has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in developing organizational culture. Previous roles include Head of People and Culture at Kamana and Head of People Operations at Doist, as well as serving as Head of People at Swoogo and contributing to people and culture initiatives at Blockworks. Mitchell holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership, both from Concordia University-St. Paul.
