Taylor Heinecke

Taylor Heinecke is the Co-Founder & CEO at BLOCKY. Prior to this, they were a Customer Support Specialist at Schedulicity from June 2012 to January 2017. In this role, they worked hand in hand with customers and quality control to provide the best user experience possible on their platform. Her day to day tasks included handling support tickets on Salesforce and Intercom, answering support phone calls, troubleshooting bugs with customers and technical support, and working with a mission driven team to achieve support goals.

Taylor is a highly driven individual with a passion for customer service and a commitment to their team. Taylor has a proven track record of success in their previous role, and they are excited to bring their skills and experience to BLOCKY.

Taylor Heinecke earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Montana State University-Bozeman. Taylor then went on to earn their Master's degree in Computer Science from the same school.
