Ed Stanbury began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Assistant at Universal Music Group. In 2005, they moved to Sony Music Entertainment in the same role. In 2006, they were promoted to Head of Business Development at The Santon Group, where they worked until 2013. Ed then founded The Aspley Group, a construction company based in East London, and served as its CEO until 2015. In 2015, Ed founded BLOK London, an award-winning multi-disciplinary studio and digital fitness platform with a sustainable approach to training. Ed opened the first site in Clapton, Hackney in 2016, followed by Shoreditch in 2018, and Manchester in 2019. In May 2020, they launched BLOKtv and now has customers in 150 countries.
Ed Stanbury completed their SCORE degree in Statistics, Computing, Operational Research and Economics from UCL in 2004, having started their studies in 2000.
