Maiken Skoie Wrighton is an experienced fitness professional with a current role as an Instructor at Third Space since May 2021 and as a Senior Instructor at BLOK London since August 2017. Previously, Maiken worked as a Fitness Instructor at The Ned from October 2018 to March 2020. Maiken holds an education from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH), where studies were completed between 2014 and 2016.
