Maroof Rashid

Maroof Rashid is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT Enterprise Applications at Blommer Chocolate Company since January 2024, Maroof previously held the role of Director of IT Enterprise Applications at ACCO Brands, where responsibilities included defining global IT strategies alongside executive leadership. Prior to this, Maroof worked at Tate & Lyle, leading the global implementation of Salesforce and managing SAP ERP deployments, as well as redesigning key business processes. Experience also includes consultancy at Deloitte, focusing on SAP pricing strategies, and a senior engineering role at Wipro Limited, where Maroof specialized in SAP SD configuration. Maroof holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
