Carol Woody

Carol Woody is an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Blood Assurance, Inc., serving since July 1985 at a regional volunteer blood center that provides blood and transfusion-related testing services to regional hospitals. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Medical Laboratory Technologist at HCA Parkridge Medical Center from September 1981 to October 1984, working as a generalist on the evening shift. Carol earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center between 1979 and 1981, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of the South, which was obtained from 1973 to 1977.
