Tess Badenhausen

Tess Badenhausen currently serves as the Campaign Development Director for the Student Visionaries of the Year at Blood Cancer United since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tess held the position of Campaign Development Manager for Students of the Year at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from August 2021 to May 2025. Tess's experience also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Administration at the National Council of Insurance Legislators from October 2020 to August 2021 and managing external events at Make-A-Wish New Jersey from February 2018 to October 2020. Early career experiences include internships and positions in hospitality at Spring Lake Golf Club and Huntley Tavern. Tess is an alumnus of James Madison University, where education was completed from 2013 to 2017, and attended Summit High School from 2009 to 2013.
