Mike Parejko

CEO at Blood Center

Mike Parejko began his career as a medical technologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He later transitioned into business development roles for a medical technology supplier before returning to blood banking as Indiana Blood Center’s (IBC) Vice President, Quality Systems in 2004. A year later, he became IBC’s Vice President, Operations. He was named Chief Executive Officer of ImpactLife in 2014.

Mike is active in leadership roles serving both industry and community, including membership on the Board of Directors for America’s Blood Centers (named as the Board’s President in 2019), National Blood Collaborative, IT Synergistics, Robert Young Mental Health Center, and United Way of the Quad Cities Area (Board Member and Co-Chair of United Way’s Annual Campaign in 2018 and 2019).
