Lay See Er

Lay See Er is currently a Senior Manager at Bloodworks Northwest, where Lay See oversees the Immunohematology Reference, RBC Genomics & Platelet Immunology Labs. With a background in medical technology and transfusion medicine, Lay has extensive experience in complex antibody problem workups and red cell reference testing. Prior to their current role, Lay worked as a Senior Medical Technologist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, specializing in the Transfusion Service Department. Lay See holds a MSc in Transfusion Medicine from Marquette University, a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Portsmouth, and a Diploma in Biotechnology from Singapore Polytechnic.
