Margaret Hatten

Margaret Hatten has been with Bloodworks Northwest since October 1999, starting as a Training and Process Specialist before moving up to Process Developer and eventually Sr. Process Developer. Prior to their current role, Margaret worked as a Home Health Assistant at Githens Center for Multiple Sclerosis from January 1993 to August 1999. Margaret received their education from Rutgers University and The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. Margaret excels in mentoring, project management, process analysis/development, training/competency assessment, and continuing process improvement in a regulated blood bank production laboratory environment.
