Elexa Hernandez has a diverse work experience history. In 2014, they joined Theta Alpha Sigma, CSUMB, where they held roles in recruitment and event planning until 2018. Following this, they worked at Sodexo-Marina (Pete's Coffee) as a Barista from 2016 to 2018, gaining customer service and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
