Florent Héroguel

Florent Héroguel, the co-founder and co-CEO of Bloom Biorenewables, has a background in chemistry and catalysis, with a focus on biomass-derived chemicals and advanced heterogeneous catalysts. With experience in academia and as a postdoctoral research associate at EPFL, Florent brings expertise in material characterization, surface modification, and project leadership. Their academic journey includes a Doctorate from ETH Zurich and a Master's degree from CPE Lyon, showcasing a strong foundation in chemistry. Additionally, Florent is a winner of the IMD Startup competition, highlighting their entrepreneurial skills.
