Antonia Borovina

Antonia Borovina is an Analyst on the equity research team where she researches publicly traded healthcare companies, having first joined the team as an Associate in March 2016. Antonia has been with Bloom Burton & Co. since February 2014 and was previously an Associate on the investment banking team. Prior to joining Bloom Burton, Antonia gained business development experience while working for GeneYouIn, a direct-to-consumer genetic testing startup.

Antonia currently serves on the Emerging Companies Advisory Board of BIOTECanada, the national biotechnology industry association.

Antonia holds a PhD from the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto. Her PhD research involved the study of the genetics and cell biology regulating early embryonic development. Antonia also holds a BMSc degree in Biochemistry from Western University.
