Joel John Koshy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joel John is currently the Co-Founder of Blitzllama, a startup that is part of the YC W22 program. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Product at Spoyl.in, which was later acquired by Flipkart. Before that, they co-founded Flutur, a puzzle game aimed at raising funds for charity.

Joel also has experience in the field of product design and development, having worked as a Product Designer and Founding Member at Tinystep, India's largest parenting network. Joel John was responsible for strategizing, planning, and developing the entire product.

Additionally, Joel has held various internships during their career, including positions at Red Bull, the Center for Public Problem Solving, FLAME TAO Knoware Pvt Ltd, ITC Limited, and Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials.

Prior to that, they attended Christ Junior College (CJC) from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on PCME (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics). In 2022, Joel also had a brief enrollment at Y Combinator, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated for this period.
