Anosh Bhugvandeen Frsa

Anosh Bhugvandeen FRSA serves as the Cluster Head of Continuous Professional Development at Bloom Education since September 2023. Previously, Anosh worked as Vice Principal and Secondary Principal at AJYAL International School from October 2021 to August 2023, and held the position of School Improvement Advisor at ONEWA for a brief period in 2021. Anosh's extensive experience in educational leadership includes roles such as Headteacher and Associate Headteacher at Willenhall E-Act Academy, Deputy Head Teacher and Senior Assistant Vice Principal at North Birmingham Academy, and Head of Science at Small Heath School and Sixth Form Centre. Anosh holds a MA in Leadership in Education from Liverpool John Moores University and several leadership qualifications from national educational bodies. Additionally, Anosh became a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in July 2023.
