Charles D'Cruz

Charles D'Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles most recently served as the Vice Principal - Whole School at Bloom Education since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice Principal at ADNOC Schools from September 2019 to November 2022. Charles also worked at ADEK Abu Dhabi Education Council as the Head of Faculty - Teaching & Learning from August 2012 to September 2019. Charles began their career at Manchester City Council in September 1999, where they held various roles including SLT/Assessment Coordinator, Teacher, and School Governor until September 2012.

Charles D'Cruz holds a Bachelor's Degree from Loughborough University. Charles also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Business Studies and IT, from Manchester University in 1999. In 2010 to 2012, they attended the National College School Leadership, where they pursued a degree in NPQSL - Leadership Pathways in Education.
