John Hawkes has extensive experience in managing manufacturing teams to achieve production schedules while focusing on improving safety, quality, and efficiency. With a background in electrical installations, John has consistently led diverse teams to success through development and implementation of production scalability plans. Their work spans from managing supervisors, team leads, and team members to supporting the launch of new products and processes. Prior to their current role at Bloom Energy, John worked as an Elevator Constructor at National Elevator Inc. and has a background in the US Marine Corps.
