Luke Feldmeier

Luke Feldmeier is the Founder and CEO of Online Leadership Training, offering career and leadership coaching specifically for engineers since January 2016. In addition, Luke established the Career and Leadership Accelerator Program™ and the Six Figure Coaching Program™, focusing on helping engineers and aspiring entrepreneurs achieve career fulfillment and build successful businesses. Luke serves as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University, teaching engineering leadership and career acceleration, while also running Texas Divorce Consultancy, guiding clients through the complexities of divorce. As Global Director of Hydrogen Business Development and US Fuel Cell Sales at Bloom Energy, Luke oversees significant revenue-generating projects in renewable hydrogen. Prior experience includes business development roles at Air Liquide and operations management at Air Products and Chemicals. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and furthered education at London Business School.
