Mary Ann Christopher, J.D. has over 30 years of experience in the legal industry. Mary Ann is currently serving as the Senior Director (Legal) - Project Finance at Bloom Energy since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Foley & Lardner LLP as a Special Counsel in the Energy Industry Team from June 2015 to January 2022, where they focused on transactional matters within the energy industry. Before their time at Foley & Lardner, Mary Ann served as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Green Sail Energy LLC from January 2014 to June 2015, where they provided strategic business and legal counsel for utility-scale offshore wind energy projects. Mary Ann also has experience as a Principal Shareholder at the Law Office of Mary Ann Christopher, S.C. from September 2012 to December 2013, as a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP from May 2011 to January 2012, and as a Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP from June 1994 to May 2011.
