Sarika Goel

Sarika Goel has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sarika is currently a Principal Engineer at Bloom Energy, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell UOP from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including R&D Manager and Senior R&D Scientist. Sarika also worked as a Graduate Student at the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2015. Before that, they were a Process Engineer at Technip from 2009 to 2010. Sarika's career began with a Summer Internship at Reliance in 2008 and a Student Research Internship at The University of Nottingham in 2007.

Sarika Goel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2005 to 2009. Sarika also has additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell, obtained in 2016, and is currently working towards a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from the same institution.
