Vanessa Cardin M.A. LMFT is an experienced mental health professional and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at Los Angeles since December 2023, teaching Systems Theory and Family Therapy. In addition, Vanessa has been an Adjunct Professor at Hope International University since January 2022, and operates as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Strong Sense of Self Family Counseling, where Vanessa is the owner. Vanessa also contributes as a Training Facilitator at Bloom Foundation and holds a position on the Board of Directors for OC-CAMFT as the Director of Sponsorship. Previous roles include Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at Sue Brazee LMFT Private Practice and co-founder of Cozy Office, among others. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Hope International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Vanguard University of Southern California.
