Dr. Thomas Lally

Dr. Thomas Lally is the Founder & CEO of Bloom Healthcare since 2018. Dr. Thomas is also a Member Board of Directors and Chair of Public Policy at the American Academy of Home Care Medicine. Previously, Dr. Thomas served as President & Chief Medical Officer at Kindred Home Based Primary Care from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Lally co-founded Honor Hospice in 2012 and was the President and Founder of Physician Housecalls, LLC from 2005 to 2014. Dr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed their medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
