Megan Herzog

Megan Herzog is a hospice nurse practitioner at Bloom Healthcare, bringing over two decades of experience in various nursing roles. Prior to their current position, Megan worked as a gerontological nurse practitioner at Fairview Health Services. Megan has a strong background in geriatric primary care and subacute rehabilitation. Megan has also worked as a registered nurse in various settings such as subacute rehab, long term care, and surgical/trauma ICU. Megan holds a Master's degree in Nursing Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of North Dakota.
