Dianne Hamilton

Dianne Hamilton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Blooms The Chemist since August 2018, Dianne previously held the role of General Counsel at Laser Clinics Australia from January 2016 to July 2018. Prior to these positions, Dianne worked as a Senior Associate at Dentons from June 2006 to December 2014 and served as Solicitor/Assistant General Counsel at Malleson Stephen Jaques in Sydney from 1998 to 2005. Dianne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of New South Wales (1987-1991) and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (2013-2015).
